• Service Cost: €80 + VAT (Value Added Tax), with approximate additional taxes of €10. Note: This price does not include accompaniment to the police. Additional costs may apply depending on the region if necessary.
• Payment: You can make the payment via bank transfer. We will send you the bank details once you have confirmed your acceptance. Once payment confirmation is received, we will provide you with the necessary information on the fees you need to pay at the bank.

DETAILED PROCESS

• Documentation: All necessary documents will be completed at our head office and sent to your email.
• Police Appointment: We will notify you of the date and time of your appointment at the police station as soon as we have it confirmed.
• Step-by-Step Guide: We will send you step-by-step information so that on the day of the appointment everything is very easy for you.
• Phone Contact: We will maintain phone contact to assist you with anything necessary at any time.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Confirmation of Acceptance: Confirm that you agree with our conditions.

• Bank Transfer: Make the corresponding payment via bank transfer once you have received our details.
• Copy of Passport Page: The page that includes your personal details.
• Address in Spain: Your current residence in Spain.
• Marital Status: Information about your marital status.
• Parents' Names: Only the names, no surnames required.

By using the online management services of R E C - Real Estates Costa Blanca, you agree to the following conditions:

• Accuracy of Information: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information. We will not be responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
